This 2 credit CE, reading-based, asynchronous, distance learning course will familiarize Social Workers with a beginner's level of pain & symptom management. This continuing education course explores pain and symptom management through a psychological and biopsychosocial framework. Designed for social workers across healthcare and behavioral health settings, the course examines how cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social factors influence pain perception and symptom experience.
